I also love when I go to Plates and Palates and get take-out and they throw in extra forks and napkins... like I'm going to share my ginormous serving of pasta! Sad times.
I don't even worry about it and just order a full pizza every time I get one. I might not eat the whole thing, but then I get leftovers! Cold pizza is a special treat on its own. :)
